This year National Pit Bull Awareness Day (NPBAD) falls on October 25th. It is a day of appreciation and education designed to change perceptions and stereotypes about pit bulls and their responsible owners.  In 2011, October was also designated as National Pit Bull Awareness Month.

Bullies in Need (BIN) is a rescue dedicated to the “pit bull type” dogs in Ontario who face euthanasia daily in Ontario’s shelters. They are running a campaign to bring muzzle awareness for the month of October by showing the world they abide by the muzzle law and that their dogs are not phased by them one bit.  For the month of October  only you can also purchase a muzzle like the ones BIN’s pups  use for $40.00 dollars shipping included! If you would like to order a muzzle please email at bullies_in_need@hotmail.com

Whether it’s a sombrero or a single strawberry or a baseball, this patient pooch knows not to get overwhelmed by the challenges life throws at him.
