Behind the Scenes: @GroomsByCaren in Newmarket A Home Away From Home
Do you ever wonder what happens behind the door after you drop off your dog at the groomers? I do too! Long story short, Mylo went to his very first grooming appointment this week. He usually gets bathed at home by either hubby or myself. The result, I end up with a few dirty towels, a messy bath full of tiny hair and a good one hour of cleaning!
One day I found this local groomer’s Facebook and I’ve been following their updates for a while. So I finally decided to book an appointment. As his mom, I’m always super concerned about where he goes and who looks after him when I can’t be there. It had happened before, when gone for daycare, that he returns home off, sad and weird. I was so happy when I picked him up, because he not just smelled nice, Mylo actually looked very happy, relaxed AND, he came home with a Report Card and a gorgeous doggie bow tie! How cool is that! *big smile*
Anyways, less talk and more sharing. Check out this beautiful storytelling photograph that Caren the Owner and Mylo’s groomer at Shear Pawfection Dog Salon sent me as a special request. Certainly a keeper!
